These General Terms and Conditions of Contract, hereinafter referred to as GTC, are established to regulate the commercial relationship between IBERBRISA INTERNACIONAL, SL and the User or client for the contract made through the form that IBERBRISA INTERNACIONAL, SL makes available on its website www.inter2salou.com

Contracting through this website implies express acceptance of these terms and conditions, as well as those set forth in the Legal Notice and Privacy Policy. These terms and conditions will be applied without prejudice to any applicable legal regulations.

These General Conditions of Contract are subject to the provisions of Law 7/1998, of April 13, on General Conditions of Contract, and Law 26/1984, of July 19. In accordance with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, Royal Decree 1906/1999, of December 17, 1999, which regulates Telephone or Electronic Contracting, Law 3/2014 amending the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other Complementary Laws, the General Data Protection Regulation GDPR 679/2016 of the European Union, Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection, Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, and Law 34/2002 of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, IBERBRISA INTERNACIONAL, SL reserves the right to make any modifications it deems appropriate, without prior notice, to these Terms and Conditions. These modifications may be made through its website, by any legally permissible means, and will be binding for as long as they are published on the website and until they are validly modified by subsequent changes. If any of these Terms and Conditions is declared null and void by a final decision issued by a competent authority, the remaining clauses will remain in force, without being affected by said declaration of nullity.

Any dispute will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the competent judicial district.
